  • I always thought it was funny when someone would insult another person, but use incorrect spelling and/or grammar to do so. It just instantly sabotoged their credibility. Take heed, wannabe cynics:

    I rest my case.

    *Sigh*

Addendum: As an aside, I've noticed that certain people rarely, if ever, comment on my site anymore. I wonder why. Have I unwittingly offended them? Do they not want to be linked to me, via comments, for all to see? Am I not good, hot, moral, hip, cool enough? Are they lazy? Are you lazy? Uhhh...have I neglected to comment on their sites, and now they don't/won't comment on mine? It's all very interesting. And by "interesting" I really mean "unfortunate." Maybe this is why I find Xanga to be so dull these days. Sometimes I feel like giving up on it altogether.

  • The thing I like most about Xanga is that its a place to document my life to a certain extent. It's nice to look back on things you posted and the comments people made etc. So dont give up! Besides, I love reading your blog as, I'm sure, quite a few others that comment on your site do. I mean... I only have 3 people that make comments but that doesnt stop me.

    PS. Your an ideot

  • my guess re:comments is:

    summertime
    and the livin's easy

  • schmandrew - i love your blog check it all the time - you don't comment on mine - don't even know if you check it out - anna.base26.net - when are you coming to visit?

the snickers and coke didnt cut it.

  • hahaha yeah of course sonne won, exactly... so i will talk to your brother in law (he's my teacher) to try to the number or something.... i still cant believe that Mrs. Hill is your sister, i mean you guys kinda have the same mannerisms but you guys look so different... ahhh well see ya

  • These comments are makin me laugh... yeah so um, my life has gotten really busy in the last 10 months :) but I still comment once in awhile... ps check out my latest post if you haven't :D

  • that hair...it's bringing back so many memories...

i think the slogan is beautifully apprpriate for that group of people who think that merely being insulting makes them different from the crowd. they're oh-so-unique and individual! (cuz nobody disagrees with or insults anybody else. clever.) ahh. i'm glad people like you are in the world, drewce, keeping witty tabs on the masses.

  • You try living in Georgia....  Oh you have, my bad.

your blog still cracks me up or is it you're blog still cracks me up. I have been infected by the education system here

  • I really enjoy reading your blog. I miss all of your sayings and cleverness, so this "place" helps with not loosing fond memories.

Oh, when are you actually coming to Germany?

  • you have a great blog. i, for one, have actually been busy training while at work and have, therefore, less xanga time. woking on getting a comp. but i check out your page every day. just don't have time to comment much.

  • theres nothing worse then arrogant stupid people. actually, i can think of one thing that's a bit more maddening...peoplewhotypelikethisallthetimesoitsreallyhardtoreadandnomatterwhotheyareorhowsmartheyareitsjustnotworthit.

  • People dont post because there to stoopid.  Really, is it THAT hard for adults to

learn the difference between to, too and two - or... there, their and they're?  I'm

all for being relaxed in e-conversation, but come on!  How about a sniff of

grammatical competency every now and then!  Work with me!

    .....................................so what's up, dude?

    Jake

  • It is true.  I am lazy.  I enjoying reading your posts/comments when I am not lazy.  come to texas.

  • ...But I know you secretly like insults like this one, because they make you feel smarter.

  • Hi Andrew...I put your wedding invite with your parents because I am not sure if you moved already!  Trust all is well...

  • I'm leaving on the morning of the 10th, so I'll see you for one day!

  • I pine for whoring.

    Ha!

  • well, you must be the only person who doesn't find my life dull and boring. you are the only person to comment so far. ha. where are you moving?

  • Hey, you owe me an email as well, don't worry I'll accept a copy and paste from cordell's.   I just want to know how you are doing.

  • wish you could have been at my 30th birthday bash!  i am sooo curious about what you thought about the finale of AI.  just wasn't the same without you this year!  hope you are doing well.

  • hey, so it really sucks that I will miss you. but if you get tired of the hills and kandern, and since your flight out is from frankfurt, maybe you and your bro wouldn't mind poppin in my place in cologne a day before you fly or so. Will be in italy for a week right after grad, so if you really do consider it it wouldn't be until the last few days of your visit. and my brother will be here too.

    the rooibos.

  • i think we've all been there.  it's very interesting at first, but xanga is like a relationship.  our interest in it goes through the spells of summer and winter.  when real life is demanding more of our attention, we prioritize, and let's face it, the virtual world takes a back seat.....or, at least, it should.  so, i don't think you should beat yourself up.  sometimes, i've thought about closing down my site, too.  but then i'm glad i didn't.  i like having access to it to check up on what's going on.....even if the person doesn't blog as much anymore.  so, perhaps there are others like me.  we read to see what's going on in your life, and on occasion, when time permits....we comment.  don't shut it down, ands.  we're still here.  :)

  • do you notice that you have twice as many comments now as your last post?? and TWO From me. ha

  • How could you possibly think that you are not the best, hottest, most moral, hippest, coolest thing going? I was always amazed in college by the number of people competing for your time and attention. My lack of comments was due to laziness.

I saw someone downtown last night that looked so much like you I almost called out your name. You would tell me if you were in Boise, right? I can't think of any possible reason you'd come here. I'm sure it was just wishful thinking. You've given me a lot to think about over the last few months and I've been meaning to e-mail you. Maybe I'll do that tomorrow.

  • You are the hippest cat I know! I can't speak for others, but I'm a lazy bum!

I saw a guy downtown the other night that looked so much like you I almost called out your name. You would tell me if you were in Boise, right? I can't think of anything that could possibly bring you here, but you would tell me, wouldn't you? ...even if my English isn't up to par?  I promise to always use "your" and "you're" correctly or not at all. Your not disowning me is the only thing that keeps me on this site.  Tricky.
